Page Information
Page Title:
Page Description:
So, the first day we left the house late. The poodles are all packed and Timmy is wearing his seat belt. Willie wanted the front seat, but I would not let that happen. It took almost 4 hours to get to Newport. Willie slept, Timmy sits all the way looking out the window, just like a real person. We get to Newport and before we go to Murray House, we go to the dog park for a little pee-pee- poop experience. The dogs remember and know exactly where were are.

Then we go to th Band B and get everything all moved it. By now its at least 6:30. As its summer we still have a few hours of day light. The first thing we do is head to Flo's Calm Shack. Make sure you ask Noreen about her association with FLO. The trip to Middletown takes us past out first view of the beach, and what do we see? RED TIDE> No ones in the water. Its ok! as there are other beaches. I get lucky and find a place to park (you park behind on the side street). Annie sites with the dogs and I go in and order the clams. They are the best. Lucky there was no line this time.

I take the clams and we head done to the Ocean Drive to the Brenton Point State Park. The ocean is beautiful., get sun set, and a wonderful breeze. We eat our clams and share with the poodle dogs. Annie takes sunset pictures and I walk the dogs. There is a huge area for dogs as long as they are on a leash.

We stay until well after sunset. Then we head back to 1 Murray Place and get settles in for the night and make our plans for the next morning. Of course, dog plans! Last call pee and poop at the hydrant across the street.
